I found this article in the Fort Campbell post newspaper. While it is a couple of years old, the information is clear. Every installation should make this information available. However, because it is not, many of my clients fail to understand these basics about the discharge review boards. As a discharge upgrade lawyer, my job is easier if you understand this basic information upfront.
